Summer Schedule

Pilates Essentials
The class focuses on technique and the basics of pilates. A pre-requisite to all other classes.

Pilates with small equipment
A 55 minute Pilates Essentials class that includes the circle, ball or bands.

Pilates all levels
A challenging 55 minute workout focuses on the Essentials, flow and connection.

Standing pilates all levels
Take the essentials vertical. A more functionally oriented class. This class challenges students to take pilates exercises to a standing position. (55 mins)

Pilates II
A 55 minute class that challenges and flows through the Essentials and Intermediate classes.

Yoga

This class is appropriate for new students and those with experience. Students will learn and progress through instructive and guided sequences of postures, yogic breathing, warm-up and relaxation.
