Pilates I: All levels 55 minutes
A challenging workout for beginners to intermediate.  Focuses on the breath, core, fundamentals and the connections within the body. Equipment used: balls, rings, bands, and Reformer.

Pilates II: Advanced 55 minutes
This challenging workout will take all you've learned to the next level.  Focusing on the breath, core, and the bodies inner connection. Equipment used: balls, rings, bands, and Reformer.

INTRODUCING:
  Belly Dancing with Julyana
Come learn the tribal style language, work on dance technique, isolation of muscles, musicality, coordination, and balance, strength, and flexibility, working together and communicating through the art of dance.

COMING SOON:  Nia Fusion with Bonnie Wallace

Nia Fusion is a fusion fitness that beautifully combines elements of dance, martial arts, yoga, and play. Burn calories, reduce stress, start loving your body and begin your week by dancing through life.  The fun begins:
